That looks pretty interesting, and if and when, I would strongly recommend a water-cooled system.  I think they were mentioned in the review.

Yes very. I have a single fan radiator but they'e available with a double fan radiator, depending on how much space your have in the case.  The other issue is the quality of the hoses between the pump that sits on the CPU and connected to the radiator.  The Cooler Master hoses are thicker and much less flexible, making routing an issue sometimes.  The hoses in mine -Maelstrom water cooler 120t - (NewEgg) are much more flexible.
N.B. The Maelstrom coolers are CPU specific.

I am not going to say it has been trouble free -as to not invite what ever trouble gods invade systems- but I like the cooling system I have very much.  When I bought they were shipped directly from China and had a 2-3 week delivery.
