Happy 4th of July everyone!  Hope all have a safe and happy 4th.  I love the 4th it brings back so many great childhood memories.

I recall having a blast as a child lighting fireworks on our front yard. I miss those carefree days.

Yes, I miss those days too.  We always went to RI to my father's hometown.  They have the oldest continuous parade in the nation and a huge 4th celebration.  Now they stream it and that is what I will be doing with part of my day.  Eric will come in a bit and fix it so I can have it on the TV.  Always a big family reunion along with the visit up there.

It's wonderful that you had that growing up. I can only imagine how exciting that was for you as a child.

Yes, it was a great way to grow up.  And especially exciting to see family since we were the only ones living down here.
I will tell Eric.  He has turned into quite a good man, I am proud.  And he is so very good to me.
