I would love to have one of those! I don't currently own a flashlight that can light up my entire side yard. With coyotes within hearing range, I would like to see to the end of the yard when I walk to our shed in the dark. I feel one of the less expensive of their models should work for that.

I wonder if the rechargeable batteries are easily replaceable??

The 18650 rechargeable lithiums are easily obtainable, high-capacity batteries. They cost as much as $20 a piece, but they pay for themselves several times over.

A great place to shop for LED flashlights and batteries is www.4sevens.com, as well as www.batteryjunction.com. For CR123A lithiums, nobody beats BatteryJunction's Titanium Innovations quality and prices.

Thanks Scuzzy! I will definitely give those places a look. It is no fun seeing darkness beyond the 30 foot reach of your flashlight and then hear coyotes in the not too far distance. Carrying a weapon into the yard might be my next move if the coyotes seem to be getting closer. We are in the country, so the law allows us to target shoot in our yards if we are not within 1/2 mile of another home.

Although it would be nice, I doubt I can justify anything over a couple bills for a flashlight. But it would be nice. 

Right. After I drop $400 on a flashlight, I'll let you explain it to my missus.
