I am in the process of making Firefox my primary browser and moving Chrome to the secondary monitor on the right.  I have found a couple of web sites that simply don't like Chrome. But it means adding and moving bookmarks and passwords between the two - a tedious task.
I will update when I finish....

When you click on Bookmarks, what color is the window background.  Mine is a dark beige rather than white.  I cannot seem to find a setting to change it.  Thoughts??

EDIT: I solved this issue by using Customize and adding the Bookmarks Menu icon to the Toolbar. For some unknown reason, when I click on it the window background is not white, the way I like it.

  • In an emergency, 9-1-1 calls ME.

I'm glad you got this resolved, as I don't even know where the bookmarks button is. Lol. To open bookmarks, I use Ctrl-B. That brings up a white-background menu on the left side of my screen. It remains there until I close it out.

Note that Ctrl-Shift-B opens bookmarks in a pop-up window.

Cntrl B and the Bookmark Icon open the same menu.  Bookmark Icon (I think) - right click on blank space on tool bar>customize

I am not as familiar with FF yet.
