But one of the basic recommendations we already know about.  Why look any further than the Noctura, I am delighted with both my Noctura, the cpu cooler and the case fan.

It's nice to have choices, Bill. I agree that Noctua is an excellent choice, but it comes at a price. If I'm building a main system for myself, then the Noctua will likely find a place in my build. But for customers who are looking for bang for the buck, then the Rosewill is hard to ignore.
