T-bird email times.
« on: Jul 21, 2012, 10:26 hrs »
Emails are arriving with incorrect times shown.  For instance JA posted the earth pictures message at 9:17AM today. I received a notice from the Forum that his poast was up showing a time of 6:17AM.  And most of the other emails from other sources have the same error.

I searched the Mozilla T-bird forum, no joy and I don't see a time or clock setting in the program itself.  Kind of strange.

I have no idea what might be causing the problem. Our forum setup is showing the correct server time.

I have finally sorted out this 'time' difficulty.  While the display clocks on my system are showing the correct time of day, something had reset my Time Zone in windows from Eastern to Western and emails were being time stamped by windows, not T-bird, according to what time Windows thought it was or is.

Finally....
