T-Mobile vs Verizon

Bill, next month will be a year since you switched to T-Mo. I know that no wireless carrier is perfect, but overall how has T-Mo worked out for you compared to Verizon?

Coverage? Customer service? Pricing?

Any regrets?

I'm not sure how you keep track of stuff like this, has to be more than memory.  But to the point, T-Mo has been terrific.  Calls, coverage and service has been without fault.  This phone will/can do a lot more than I need or use.  And the service price at $50.00/ month is half of Verzion costs.   Actually I wouldn't mind taking some instruction on how to do things.  My daughter uses an Iphone and does stuff with it I normally would do on my computer.  It seems as if she has Word on her I 10.

My only gripe is with Android I think.  My last phone would let me control picture size with a couple of simple button pushes.  The 6T or current version of Android lost that bit of functionality.  I went to the T-Mo store thinking I was missing something.  Seems the only control of picture size is the ability to crop, which is not the same as choosing 800x800 or 640x480.
Unless of course you have a fix.......

I am hardly an expert when it comes to Android. I probably fall in the "above average" category, but some days I mostly tolerate it.

My wife will be hunting for a new phone by summer. She will likely stick with Android, but she may jump ship to iPhone since that's what our 3 daughters use. Apple's Facetime will be a strong consideration for her.

T-Mo "expert" tells me it cannot be done with the 6T.
