How Do I Resize Images Using Win7 and Either Paint or Paint.Net ?

Whether I use MicroSoft Paint or Paint.Net, I don't see how to resize images relative to the sheet size I want to print the image on.

When I click on "Image" and then "Resize", what do I do next?

Nothing I have tried resizes the image for me.

I normally use MS Office Picture manager, as it's very easy. I have another freebie program that I use on occasion, which I think is called Image Resizer. I'll verify it when I get home and let you know.

I've used the Word trick since Office 1997.
