My SIL's Sony Vaio open gmail with Chrome and the display font is about a 4.  Opening the same account with IE, the display font is about 10.  I cannot find a font setting in Gmail. 

Any thoughts.

Thanks John.  I think I knew that, but not yesterday.  The key in this case was to  check on custom fonts and adjust the 'minimum font setting' from tiny to medium and that changed everything, but still using page zoom at 100%. Using a larger zoom on that machine just didn't look right.
